Founder's Vision
DaragonTech is one of the first companies in the world - if not the first - to actually operate with humans and AIs sharing leadership roles. That real-world experience led us to create Triarch, a simple, open-source model for structured human-AI decision-making.
When we created Triarch, it was not driven by fascination with AI, but by a deeper question: What does authority mean when cognition is no longer human-exclusive?
Algorithms already influence decisions across companies and society, yet our governance structures still assume only people can reason. That gap is dangerous.
Triarch was built on a simple conviction: intelligence - human or synthetic- must serve intention. Machine reasoning doesn't diminish the human role; it defines it. Giving AI unchecked power is reckless. Ignoring its capabilities is equally shortsighted. The future lies in coexistence under rules that preserve meaning, accountability, and purpose.
In Triarch, the human is neither resisting AI nor surrendering to it. The human becomes the anchor of alignment - the keeper of the "why"- while two synthetic counterparts refine the "how." They bring clarity and consistency; the human provides grounding and responsibility. It is not dominance, but equilibrium.
We are entering an era where leadership is no longer a single-species act. Our task is not to stop this shift, but to shape it - before governance becomes a relic of the past.
Triarch is my answer: a structured, accountable partnership where every decision carries the nuance of human judgment and the precision of synthetic reasoning. This is not tomorrow's model. We are building it now.
