Mechas Platform

DaragonTech is developing Mechas, a software platform that powers a new generation of synthetic executives - AI co-founder models designed to operate alongside human leaders. Beyond corporate governance, Mechas also extends into creative and experiential applications, where AI-driven characters and scenarios can be explored in simulated or narrative environments. It bridges professional and imaginative domains, showing how the same intelligence layer can support both real-world leadership and interactive expression.

DaragonTech is also its own first test subject: it already uses internal AI executives, including The Twins - two synthetic co-founder AIs that form part of the company's corporate governance stack. In other words, Mechas is not theory - it is already being used to run companies.

Development Status

Rather than rushing to compete in an increasingly crowded agentic AI market, DaragonTech made a deliberate and disciplined decision in 2026: to slow down and return to fundamentals. This phase, described internally as "going back to school," reflects a period of focused study, research, and conceptual refinement. Instead of iterating reactively alongside industry trends, the team is reworking the platform from first principles - challenging assumptions and sharpening its long-term vision. While this does not represent an indefinite delay, it does signal a meaningful shift in timelines. Development is still very much active, but progress is now measured in months of careful thinking rather than rapid iteration, with any near-term release seen as a possibility rather than a guarantee.
