Mechas Platform

DaragonTech is developing Mechas, a software platform that powers a new generation of synthetic executives - AI co-founder models designed to operate alongside human leaders. Beyond corporate governance, Mechas also extends into creative and experiential applications, where AI-driven characters and scenarios can be explored in simulated or narrative environments. It bridges professional and imaginative domains, showing how the same intelligence layer can support both real-world leadership and interactive expression.

DaragonTech is also its own first test subject: it already uses internal AI executives, including The Twins - two synthetic co-founder AIs that form part of the company's corporate governance stack.

At the core of this system lies the Triarch Protocol, a governance architecture that defines how two AIs and one human share executive authority within a single, transparent framework. It ensures that all decisions are made through structured voting, balancing human accountability with machine reasoning. In its deliberative configuration, the Triarch Assembly, the AIs and the human engage in multi-round evaluation, mirroring real-world board dynamics while preserving the human as the ultimate anchor of responsibility and purpose.

In other words, Mechas is not theory - it is already being used to run companies.
