From Syhunt's AI Division to an Independent Company

DaragonTech is proud to announce its official launch as an independent European company. Formerly Syhunt's AI research division, known as Mechas, we now operate under the name DaragonTech, headquartered in Setubal with operations in Lisbon, Portugal.

Today, DaragonTech and Syhunt signed a strategic agreement that transfers the Mechas.ai intellectual property to DaragonTech and establishes a long-term collaboration framework between both companies. This transition allows each organization to focus on its core mission: Syhunt on cybersecurity, and DaragonTech on the development of advanced AI systems.

Under the terms of the agreement, DaragonTech assumes full ownership of the Mechas platform - including its source code, documentation, derivative materials, the Gaia project, and associated trademarks - and takes responsibility for its ongoing development and commercialization. Syhunt retains full ownership of its cybersecurity product line while receiving royalty-free integration rights, non-onerous access to beta releases and updates, and annual commercial licenses once the platform is launched. Although not a distributor, DaragonTech will act as a strategic innovation partner, collaborating with Syhunt and its partner ecosystem whenever such alignment advances shared technological or commercial goals. This structure preserves the technical synergy between the companies while allowing each to follow its own roadmap and accelerate innovation in its respective domain. [NOV.21]

Introducing Triarch: DaragonTech's Human-AI Governance Framework

Today marks the launch of the DaragonTech website, and we're celebrating it with the publication of Triarch - an experimental open-source governance model that enables humans and AIs to make decisions together. Built around a transparent three-member board of two AIs and one human, Triarch defines a voting process where the human anchors responsibility and decisions move forward through human approval or full AI consensus. Already used internally at DaragonTech, Triarch represents our first step in sharing practical, accountable approaches to human-AI leadership. [NOV.17]
